$30 booking deposit
a $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
the deposit is applied toward your total service balance and is not an additional charge. your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
cancellations & rescheduling
LETMIBEAUTY understands that things come up. clients are allowed 2 cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before their appointment.
after your 2 allowed late cancellations or rescheduling requests have been used, you may no longer be eligible to book future appointments with LETMIBEAUTY.
cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not count toward your 2 allowed late cancellations or rescheduling requests.
deposit & late cancellations
because your $30 deposit reserves your appointment time, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.
no-shows
a no-show is considered a missed appointment without notice.
no-shows may result in the loss of your $30 deposit and may make you ineligible to book future appointments with LETMIBEAUTY.
emergencies
LETMIBEAUTY understands that genuine emergencies can happen. emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
please contact LETMIBEAUTY as soon as possible if an unexpected situation prevents you from attending your appointment.
