Post-Production Editor

We're hiring for a Post-Production Editor to work full time at Roca.

Company Description

Started by three friends in 2020, Roca is the US’ largest Gen Z-focused news source, with more than 4M followers and subscribers across platforms. Roca's mission is to capture the world without bias or fear. We deliver two types of news:

-Daily news and deep dives that break down current events without spin or fearmongering

-On-the-ground reporting that captures, without bias or fear, how people are living

Role Description

You will be responsible for the final editing and polishing of Roca’s news and sports documentaries before publication. Working with edits that are largely complete, you’ll refine each video through color correction and grading, lighting adjustments, sound mixing, music, caption review, and other finishing touches.

Your goal will be to elevate the overall quality of each video, ensuring that everything we publish feels polished, professional, and consistent with Roca’s visual and editorial standards. You will ensure that videos filmed and edited by different videographers maintain a cohesive visual identity and consistent branding across our portfolio.

If you've watched one of our videos and thought, "I'd love to make that," this job is for you. We're looking for people who obsess over doing great work.
