Call for Workshop Proposals

DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2026

Cryptocurrency Village plans to host workshops at two upcoming DEFCON events: Singapore (April 2026) and Las Vegas (August 2026). The organizing committee invites proposals for workshops in conjunction with the main DEFCON conference. Workshops shall not exceed two (2) hours. Two instructors are required for each presentation and a second instructor must be named by June 1, 2026. Workshops provide a forum for focused, interactive sessions on emerging or specialized topics in cryptocurrency, blockchain, decentralized finance, Web3 infrastructure, privacy technologies, regulatory developments, Bitcoin protocol advancements, or related interdisciplinary areas.

All workshop topics shall discuss security to be considered for selection.
We encourage proposals that foster hands-on learning, tutorials, or demonstrations; address timely challenges or novel research directions; promote diversity in perspectives, including industry, academia, and community voices; and include an interactive element.
