MTA, in partnership with ServiceIQ and the Inspiring Futures Foundation, offers the following scholarships to contribute funding towards Retail, Food and Beverage, Leadership and Business Management programmes.

Important: Scholarship applications will be reviewed after the closing date. If your application is successful, you will be required to complete a formal enrollment through the MTA Portal. We will contact successful applicants by early-March 2026.

Before completing the application form, please ensure you have the following ready to upload:
Employer support letter: (Template provided), confirming your start date, full-time employment, and support for your scholarship application.
CV:
Detailing your employment history.
Proof of NZ citizenship or residency:
Passport, birth certificate, or residence visa (if uploading a residence visa, also include your passport).
Note: Ensure the form is completed correctly, all required date fields are filled, and evidence documents are in Word, PDF, or JPEG format (under 5MB).
Describe your journey into the fuel sector and what motivated you to pursue a career in this industry.
Share any personal, professional or financial challenges you have experienced in your career or education, and how these have shaped your determination to succeed.
