Future Itch Bundles Template for Organisers

This form is for authors to sign up to the Trans People Take on the World Bundle organised by Elise Carlson, to run on Itchio during the first two weeks of Trans Awareness Month (November 1st-14th). Limit of one book per author. Eligibility & Genre: At least one Main Character is trans (yes this includes nonbinary!) OR the Love Interest is trans Plot-central trans (and LGBTQIA+) themes are welcome, but not required. Your MC combatting transphobia is welcome, but not required. MC's who are incidentally trans solving murders, defending their kingdom, curing cancer, fighting a zombie apocalypse, etc, are very welcome. (So SFF, Thriller/ Mystery/ Crime/ Historical/ Drama etc.) Romance, NSFW and erotica involving a trans MC is welcome. Stories of trans joy are welcome, as in telling those stories we 'take on' the real world by defying transphobia. Preorders: Pre-orders are welcome, if your book releases within 5 weeks of the bundle's end date. Please state the release date in your Itch book description, so readers know when they can download your book. Categories: YA and Adult Fiction, novellas and full length novels. Revenue & Pricing. Revenue will be split equally between participating authors (or to the nearest integer as allowed by Itch), regardless of the list price of individual books while the bundle is live. The set minimum price will aim for all authors to earn at least $1 per bundle sale. Please ensure your book is priced at $1 or more during the bundle. Important Dates Jan 17th: sign ups close. Jan 18th: I'll email a link to approve your book's inclusion in the bundle. Jan 24th: deadline to approve your book's inclusion. (Should anyone not approve the bundle by 8pm EST Jan 24th, I will recreate the bundle without them, and everyone still participating will need to approve their book in the new bundle on the 25th. All to ensure we're live Feb 1st (7pm Aussie EST/ 8am London time.) Organiser If we're not acquainted, I'm Elise (they/them). I've seen the popularity of Itchio bundles on Bsky and Itchio itself. All of us promoting the bundle seems a great way to give more readers access to books focused on friendship, given they don't even have their own genre promoting them!
