The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own the next wave of partner growth across the UAE. You'll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting franchise heads, brand managers, and F&B directors, through to pitching, negotiating, and signing them onto the platform. Your target list includes hotel groups (Marriott, Address, Emaar Hospitality), premium grocery (Spinneys, Waitrose, Lulu's), and large franchise operators. You'll work directly with the founders, sit at the centre of our growth engine, and have real ownership over which brands join our ecosystem next.
What You'll Do
You'll build and manage your own pipeline end to end, from cold outreach to signed contract. You'll represent Peekabox in pitch meetings with senior decision makers across F&B and retail. You'll negotiate commercial terms, coordinate with our onboarding team to launch new partners cleanly, and work alongside the marketing team on co-launch activations. You'll also feed market intelligence back into the company, helping us shape pricing, product, and partner experience.
What We're Looking For
You have 3 plus years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in F&B, retail, FMCG, or tech platforms selling into these sectors. You have an existing network in UAE hospitality, grocery, or franchise groups, and you know how to navigate large organisations to find the right decision maker. You're a sharp negotiator, a confident presenter, and you genuinely enjoy the chase of closing a deal. You're hungry, organised, and want to build something category-defining.
