Please read and accept the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with your booking.
Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by La Mira Photobooth.
By booking our services, the client agrees to the following:
• La Mira Photobooth provides photobooth rental services for events, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, and private celebrations. Specific inclusions are based on the selected package.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit.
• Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Standard booking must be made at least one (1) week prior to the event. Rush bookings are subject to availability and additional fees.
• All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso unless stated otherwise.
• The remaining balance must be paid one (1) week before the event date.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
• Layaway payments are accepted, provided full payment is completed before the deadline.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation made 10 days or more before the event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Any payments made beyond that amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 3 days or less before the event will require full payment of the booked package.
• All payments made are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• Events affected by force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies beyond control) may be rescheduled.
• If rescheduling is not possible due to unavailability of the preferred new date, a refund will be issued less the non-refundable deposit.
Delays, Interruptions & Technical Issues
• If delays or interruptions are caused by La Mira Photobooth, an additional 30 minutes of service will be provided at no extra cost.
• No refunds will be issued for minor delays that do not affect the overall service.
Service Area & Travel Fee
• Free travel within 10km of La Mira’s Studio Address in R.V. Villaflores St. Hilongos, Leyte.
• Events beyond 10km are subject to a ₱500 travel fee for every additional 10km.
• The client must provide sufficient space, power supply, and venue access.
• Delays caused by the client or venue will not extend service time.
• The client is responsible for securing venue permissions.
La Mira Photobooth shall not be held liable for:
• Venue restrictions or failures
• Acts of third-party suppliers
• Loss or damage caused by guests
• Events beyond reasonable control.
A separate service contract will be issued once the downpayment is received.
By submitting this booking form, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
