With a community of 17k followers on Instagram and a proven sales process currently converting at around 40%, we're entering our next stage of growth and looking to significantly increase the number of qualified calls we're taking each month.
We're looking for one experienced female or gay male closer who can lead sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence, uncover what's truly holding someone back and help the right men make decisions about their goals.
Our leads are generated through paid advertising, organic content, inbound enquiries and Instagram DMs, with an appointment setter helping to qualify prospects and fill the calendar.
By the time someone reaches a call, they're already familiar with Chris and the results we help men achieve.
I'm looking for somebody who is confident, emotionally intelligent and genuinely good at connecting with people. You'll either be a gay man or a woman who understands / is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. You don't need to have the same lived experience as our clients, but you should be open-minded, empathetic and able to make our prospects feel safe, understood and comfortable being themselves.
