This survey is about the employee usage of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) offered by organizations for mental health, emotional counselling and stress management.

Objective of this survey: To understand why employees may not use EAP services offered by the organizations. Who can take this Survey: Employees (working, retired or ex-employees), HR Teams, Mental Health Professionals (Psychologists/ Counsellors/Psychiatrists) and EAP Service Providers
