Pingker uses a rolling, skill-based hiring model instead of fixed role applications. Rather than applying to one specific position, applicants join a general talent pool where we evaluate strengths, experiences, interests, and potential contributions.

You’ll need access to a device that can run basic productivity tools and web apps. This includes Google Workspace, Zoho, and Microsoft Office 365. You'll have organizational accounts, but you’re expected to have your own working device and a stable internet connection to take part in projects and stay active with the team.

Your progress will be saved locally as you go. You'll be able leave and come back anytime. Nothing is submitted until you choose to submit.
