• Late September: Final speaker lineup & topic confirmation
• Late October: Mini-workshop (coaching to refine stage presence & delivery)
• 14 November: Event Day!
📊 SELECTION CRITERIA
Idea Quality (70%)
• Freshness & Creativity: A novel perspective or unexpected story—not a standard L&D rehash.
• Clarity & Relevance: One crisp 5-minute idea with a clear "why it matters."
• Actionability: A concrete takeaway attendees can test within 30 days.
Speaker Traits (30%)
• Collaborative & Coachable: Open to feedback, rehearsals, and clear delivery.
• Real Experience & Diversity: Practical insight that adds a unique voice to balance our lineup.
