How did you hear about Labrador Welfare?

Thank you for taking the time to complete our form, the Rehoming Team will let know if your application to join our Matching List has been successful. The information you have provided will be processed by Labrador Welfare in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation for the purposes of assessing your suitability as a potential match with a dog.

Please note we do ask for a £450 adoption fee for each dog we rehome - we are a small charity, run solely by volunteers and every penny we receive goes towards care and funding for the dogs we rehome, foster, sponsor and contribute vets fees for.

Due to the number of applications we receive we cannot keep you regularly updated about if we have a suitable match for you. However please be assured that for every dog we take in we thoroughly assess our waiting list as a team for suitable matches so will be in touch if you are matched.

We are unable to consider incomplete applications so please ensure you have answered ALL questions on this form before e-mailing to adoption@labradorwelfare.org

Please let us know if you take on a dog from another rescue or source so that we can update our records.
