Once, or sometimes twice, each month, the Moon disappears from view and begins her cycle again. The cosmos keeps turning around us, no matter what may be unfolding in our lives, offering a natural moment to pause, reflect and begin anew.
September’s New Moon falls in Virgo: a grounded Earth sign associated with discernment, devotion and the rhythms of everyday life. It invites us to consider what is truly supporting us, where we may be ready to simplify, and which small, intentional changes could help us create a life that feels more nourishing and aligned.
Seeds & Stories is an online writing circle where we gather in the quiet of the New Moon to turn inward and listen. Together, we’ll explore this lunar theme through grounding, guided reflection, thoughtfully chosen journaling prompts and gentle intention-setting. There will also be space to share what arises, although sharing is always optional.
Each month, before we plant new seeds, we prepare the soil.
