Please read: I've refined my MBSR teaching to the degree that I'm ready to start the process of culminating self-reflection and dialogue with my mentor. I've created and refined my MBSR teaching materials over at least 3 cycles of teaching, to include: class plans with specific learning activities and timings for 10 MBSR class meetings; home practice sheets for students; and my own audio recordings of the 4 MBSR formal practices.
