We run on-demand nannies for families in Bengaluru. 500+ bookings, 150+ families, still small enough that everything is held together by people, not systems.
We're looking for one person to work directly with the founders on nanny operations and demand generation. It's not a strategy role. You'll be interviewing didis, fixing bookings that fall apart at 8am, standing at society gates, and figuring out how any of it scales. Then you'll build the thing that makes it not break next time. This is a high ownership role.
