Application for WOH MST Programme

Our Management Support Team (MST) scheme is a London Living Wage paid placement opportunity offering live event experience in a variety of on-site roles at We Out Here Festival in Dorset.

We offer MST roles in a wide variety of on-site, festival departments including Operations, Logistics, Production, and Artist Liaison.

Some relevant event experience is essential. Festival experience is preferred but not essential. If you are a positive, hardworking team player with an interest in live events then we want to hear from you.

In an effort to make this application form as accessible as possible, you'll be able to submit your answers in your preferred format – written, audio, or video.

Please note that these roles are only available to those aged 18+, and you will be required to attend the festival from Tuesday, 18 August – Sunday, 23 August.
