Agents and money: a 6-minute survey

I'm Tim Fisher. I spent a decade as a venture-backed CFO, and now I'm building Axorum, which provides structural, preventative controls, allowing companies to keep control while AI agents spend or receive money.
This survey asks how that is going in practice: whether agents are transacting, what they pay for, what has gone wrong, and what finance teams, builders, and sellers need before they'd trust it.
It shoud take about 6 minutes, or about 8 if you pick two roles. Mostly multiple choice, and most questions are optional.
Everyone who completes the survey and provides their email address will get the full report, with breakdowns by role and the benchmarks. Leave your email at the end to receive it. Nothing published will name you or your company.
I'll publish only high-level results publicly. Your email is optional. If you share it, I'll use it to send the report. I may also read your answers when deciding whom to follow up with, and I'll only follow up if you say yes.
Individual answers stay with me. To have your answers deleted, email tim@axorum.com
