We’ll be staying at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas.

Please use this form to select your preferred room type for your stay. Room assignments are first-come, first-served.

SM may be getting a round-trip bus charter to and from Blacksburg to Key West. Would depart around 7:00 PM on March 7th and arrive in Key West around 11:00 am - 12:00 pm on March 8th. Amenities Include: Reclining Seats, Onboard restroom, Climate control, PA system, Charging Ports, Round Trip, Overhead & Undercarriage Luggage Storage. Cost Range: $275-$400 per person; the average flight cost right now is about $680. Would you be interested in this?

Does your group want the $25 per day, per person continental breakfast add-on?

Once this form is submitted, you will be added to the official rooming list for our Key West trip. We will send that list directly to Parrot Key Hotel & Villas. The group leader for each room will receive a booking link from Parrot Key. All payments will be made directly through the hotel, with half due around December or January and the remaining balance due in late February or March.

If we decide to move forward with the charter bus, SM Travel Co. will handle all payment and coordination for that separately. Excursion add-ons will be available closer to the trip and booked through our official Key West excursion partner.
