Diwali & Annakut Celebration- October 2025

Hello and Jai Swaminarayan,

Our next monthly Sabha will be held at Durham College - G 213 (2000 Simcoe St N Oshawa, ON- L1G 0C5) on October 29, Wednesday in presence of Pujya Swamis. In this sabha we will celebrate Diwali and Annakut. The scheduled time for sabha is 07:00 pm followed by Mahaprasad (Dinner).

Let us celebrate this greatest festival of light and enlightenment by offering fresh home made food dishes and offer our pure devotion.

Please consider following instructions while preparing annakut dishes:

1. Please maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene while preparing a dish.

2. Do not bring any ready to eat food items from shops or restaurants.

3. Do not add onion, garlic, asafoetida (hing) in anything that you prepare.

4. Prepare fresh food item and dishes that we can offer to Thakorji as your bhakti and devotion. Feel free to bring any homemade dry snacks, savory dishes, desserts, fruits, or fruit juice.

5. Try to bring food in disposable container.

Please try to be at sabha location by 06:30 pm and handover dishes you prepare to volunteers.
