I understand that Jersey Shore Tape Rescue handles each tape with care, but cannot guarantee quality or content if the tape is damaged, blank, or degraded due to age. Let's keep it real, those tapes from 1991 are over 30 yeas old 👀

I understand that tape conversion is priced at $20 per tape, with additional services (cleaning, USB delivery, cloud storage, or editing) priced separately if selected or approved.

I understand that tapes with no labels or information will be transferred in the order they are received and labeled as “Untitled 1, 2, 3…” unless I provide guidance.

I understand that the standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days from the receipt of my tapes. Rush services may be available upon request.

I acknowledge that if a tape is blank, I will still be charged for the attempted conversion due to the time and resources involved.

Some tapes may require cleaning or mold remediation ($15 per tape). I’ll always check with you first. If they are too far gone, I'll reach out to you.
