Splatoon 3 Kit Wishlist

What is this?

This is a poll to see what kinds of new kits the player base would like to see, should third kits be added into the game. The plan is to tally all the results of this poll, and take them into consideration while I work on a mod that aims to balance the game properly, as well as add new kits for every weapon.
For each main weapon, you will be given ranked choice options of 2 to 7 select Subs and Specials to create a new kit with. You do not have to answer every question. If you feel strongly about wanting a certain kit that contains a Sub or Special outside of the available options, please mention it at the end of the poll when asked.

But first: A general question

Tenta Missiles and Killer Wail 5.1 stand out among the rest of the specials as being the only ones with global range, as well as being the least skill-based of any specials in the game. When I personally designed around five iterations of third kits for every weapon, I had immense trouble placing those two specials onto weapons, since they just aren't really that fun. And thus I pose these questions to you.

Saying no to this would basically be like giving it the Sting Ray treatment-- leaving the current kits as is and just not giving it to anything else.

Balance changes to make note of:

A significant number of weapons have balance changes implemented already. For the main weapons, these will be listed under their respective questions. Notable sub and special weapon changes are listed below.
Changes prefixed with [NYI] have not been implemented yet, and thus the exact details are unknown as of yet.
For the sake of conciseness, some minor changes have been omitted from this list.

Changes to Sub Weapons:

Sprinkler:
The lowest power setting has been removed entirely. The sub will now run on the mid-power setting until destroyed.
Curling Bomb:
Decreased the time it takes to fully charge a Curling Bomb by 15 frames (from 60 to 45).
Decreased the white ink frames from uncharged Curling Bombs by 10 frames (from 70 to 60).
Toxic Mist:
Decreased ink consumption from 60% to 55%.
[NYI] Slightly increased the effects of the Toxic Mist.
Line Marker:
The lingering trail now lasts an extra 0.5 seconds (from 1.5 to 2), and deals 20 damage upon contact.
Base tracking duration increased from 5 to 6.5 seconds.
Slightly decreased the effect of Sub Resistance Up on tracking duration.
Splash Wall:
Max HP reduced from 800 to 700.
Decreased the maximum active duration from 6.67 to 6 seconds.

Changes to Special Weapons:

Wave Breaker:
Max HP increased from 400 to 500.
Damage from the waves increased from 45 to 55.
Increased tracking duration from the initial placement by 45 frames.
Ink Vac:
Increased the rate at which the gauge fills while objects and other players are caught in the vortex by about 20%.
Increased the maximum amount of time a readied shot can be held from 2.5 to 3.5 seconds.
[NYI] Slightly decreased the maximum amount of time the Vac can spend inhaling.
Ultra Stamp:
[NYI] Took measures to improve the shot-destruction hitbox during the rush mode, hopefully making it much harder to shoot the user down from the front.
Reefslider:
Decreased endlag (and invincibility) by 20 frames (from 28 to 8).
Decreased the 70 damage radius by about 10%.
Decreased the effectiveness of Special Power Up on paint radius by about 4%.
Triple Splashdown:
Increased the total explosion radius by about 5%.
Modified the damage radii of the explosions to deal either 45 or 70 damage, depending on proximity.
Increased the explosion radius when using the special from a Super Jump by an extra ~9%, and increased the minimum damage from 45 to 55, to compensate for there only being one of them.
Super Chump:
Maximum damage increased from 70 to 76.
Minimum damage increased from 35 to 38.
Trizooka:
Decreased the 53 damage explosion radius by about 20%. The remainder of the blast radius will now deal 35 damage.
Increased startup by 10 frames, and lengthened the interval between continuous shots by 20 frames. Base duration has been increased from 6 to 7.5 seconds to compensate.
Narrowed the spread angle of the orbiting shots, and took other measures to make shooting feel more consistent and fair.
Tacticooler:
The Special Saver effect will now only respawn you with 75% of your special.
