By uploading artwork and clicking "Submit," you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Permission to Share – You confirm that you/the child in your care are the creator of the artwork or have permission to share it. You grant permission for the submitted artwork, along with the creator's initials, city, and state, to be displayed in the online gallery on the Solar Babies website and Instagram page.
2. Duration – Your submission may be featured for up to 2 months or more, depending on the number of submissions received.

Removal Requests – If you wish to have your artwork and associated details removed, you may send a request via email to
[email protected].
4. Processing Time – Removal requests will be processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Copyright Ownership – You retain full copyright ownership of the artwork. However, by submitting, you grant Solar Babies and Nicari Unlimited, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the artwork on the website and Instagram for the agreed duration.
6. Parental Consent – If you are under 13, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to submit your artwork.
