People Manager
The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of talent management, from acquisition to employee relations, and contribute to building a positive company culture. This role will work closely with the Country Head on people management strategies and collaborate with department leads to address staffing, talent, and other HR matters.
Location: Remote (NCR, Philippines)

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition and people management
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skill
7. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
8. Experience in gaming or web3 is a plus
1. Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
2. Develop and implement engaging onboarding programs for new hires
3. Manage internal movements, promotions, and ensure a transparent process
4. Address and resolve member conflicts and grievances effectively
5. Promote and enhance company culture through various initiatives
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with members at all levels
7. Develop and implement policies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
8. Collaborate with the Country Head on people management strategies
9. Work with department leads on staffing, talent management, and other HR needs
