Risk acknowledgment

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the selected activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

In consideration for being permitted to use the Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Shower unit, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the facility owner, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from use, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I further indemnify and hold harmless the facility and its representatives against any claims arising from my actions or breach of this waiver.

I agree with the following statements:

I am physically able to safely use these facilities and do not have any underlying health conditions, medical restrictions, or concerns that could place me at risk.

I have consulted with a medical professional regarding use if I am pregnant, diabetic, under medical care, or have a history of dizziness, fainting, heart, or respiratory issues.

I accept full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing.

I will remove jewellery and follow instructions on safe usage.

I will not consume alcohol, smoke, or vape within the facility.

I will not use the facilities if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Age Restriction

Users must be aged 16 years or older. If under 18, use is only permitted with explicit parental/guardian consent.

Session Guidelines

Sauna sessions shall not exceed 20 minutes per use; first-time users are advised to limit sessions to 10 minutes. Cold plunge and shower use is at your own risk and should be stopped immediately if experiencing discomfort.Adequate hydration is required before, during, and after sessions.

Facility Etiquette

Enter and exit facilities safely, keep access points clear, and follow staff instructions and signage. Ensure sauna and shower doors are closed after use. Any breach of terms may result in immediate termination of session. Please use provided cleaning materials to sanitise services after use.

Data and Communication

By signing this waiver, I consent to receive communications regarding safety and services. My data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR.

Declaration

I have read and fully understand this waiver and all associated guidelines and agree to comply. This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns, and intended to be as broad as UK law allows.
