There is space for 70 vendor participants, and spots are available by invitation on a first come, first serve basis (completed registration form and online payment guarantees your space). There is no electricity available. Food and retail booth fees are $175 for a 10'x10' space and $325 for a 10'x20' or 10'x30' space. Professional services booth fees are $500 for a 10'x10' space with a sign on our sponsorship board included. Nonprofit booth fees are $75 for a 10'x10' space. Applicable health and fire department fees are extra if needed.
Upon submitting this inquiry you will be informed within one week if you meet the criteria of the event. If so, you will receive an invitation to register and secure your spot.
To be considered, all vendors must prominently incorporate a garlic theme into their booth, even if you are a non-food vendor. Non-food vendors can meet this requirement by featuring garlic-themed decor and offering a giveaway that ties into the spirit of the festival. No tie-in to the theme means no consideration of your application.
