Our approach

We teach Mindfulness meditation, based on the Unified Mindfulness meditation system.
U.M. offers a unique, modern framework that anyone can use to cultivate a more insightful, balanced and fulfilling life.

Prima Mentis - "Mind First" - embodies our core belief that positive change begins within.

Founded by Edoardo Spinozzi, this project emerged from a deeply personal mission: to empower individuals by helping them understand and cultivate the most powerful tool they possess - their mind.

Hey! This is Eddy. I'm a certified Unified Mindfulness Coach.
I’m here to share with you my experience and insights, as a fellow traveler on the path to self-discovery. Every time I teach, I'm also a student — Always learning something new from you.
I've been practicing meditation in various forms for about 7 years. In 2024, I left my comfy job in game development to go travelling. It was an intense journey! 10 months of self discovery, exploring my boundaries, fears, ambitions, and dreams.
The result of that was the decision to start the serious training as a Unified Mindfulness coach, then move back to the UK and start the Prima Mentis project.
My purpose is to use my coaching skills and years of meditation experience to make Mindfulness practice Empowering, Deep and Accessible.
