Future of Work research

Stripe Partners are conducting a study on how people carry out work today and how workplaces are evolving. We’d love to hear from knowledge workers willing to share about their work routines, both individual and collaborative.

Important: This research focuses on how you work, not what you’re working on. All participation is confidential and all data will be anonymised.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking “next generation” workers (ages 19-36) who:

- Work at companies that are up to date on technology, tools, and devices and embrace new workplace solutions like AI and other emerging technologies

What participation involves

US interviews will take place in-person: 17-21 March

UK and India interviews will take place online or in-person: 26 March - 1 April

The study includes:

- Briefing call - 15 minutes

- 3-day digital diary - 1 hour total

- Online Interview (90 minutes) OR In-person interview + activity (2-3 hrs)

- 1hr digital diary (20 mins per day; 3 days) - share insights on your work tools, team and company

- 90 minute online discussion about your daily responsibilities, work approaches and tools used. Details of the work will not be disclosed or discussed.

- 2-hr discussion - Meet with researchers in regular work environment (eg. company office, coworking space, home, etc.) + a 1 hr follow-up activity

You will receive an incentive for your participation, this will be confirmed during the briefing call.

We are inviting only a select number of people to participate in this study, so if you think you may not have the time to participate, please do not commit yourself to the study. We must be able to count on your participation.
