We're hiring skilled Customer Success Managers (CSM) to join our team remotely. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with our services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and provide proactive solutions.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist with product setup.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address any risks to client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer issues and product improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in customer success, client management, or account management.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work within US business hours or flexible hours depending on the client.
