Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:- 1-5 years of experience in customer success, client management, or account management.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work within US business hours or flexible hours depending on the client.
