Over the years, we've gotten over ~4,000 salary survey responses total, and that's because you and your peers in the industry have repeatedly trusted us with them. We never share individual salary data or respondents' names with third-parties, and take great care to ensure that even aggregate data can not be back-solved to be associated with individuals.
Bottom line: we know this data is highly sensitive, and we treat it as such -- both internally, and when we publish the anonymized, aggregate report.
While we publish an abridged report of the survey publicly, any and all carry information (in the "full" report) is reserved ONLY for people who submit complete, accurate responses to this survey.
There is NO other way to get carry data from us other than submitting responses -- which only open up once a year.
