Henry has had an 18-year career in various industries, including fintech, cloud, government, consulting, data analytics, banking, and insurance. He has worked for companies such as Flip (current), Google Cloud, ThoughtWorks, Singapore GovTech, JP Morgan, Barclays, and Great Eastern.
Henry has deep interests in technical leadership & excellence, building tech products, and building high-performing engineering teams. He is highly experienced in Cloud, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Henry has delivered talks on multiple occasions, ranging from Google Cloud Next, Google Cloud Summits, webinars, and community meetups.
Henry holds a Master of IT in Business (Financial Services track) from Singapore Management University. He also previously held 5 GCP certifications and the Kubernetes CKAD and CKA certifications.
During his spare time, Henry loves to read books, listening to podcasts, learning personal growth, football, running, and playing with his kids.​ Fun fact, Henry has finished Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 7 times
