◾ You agree to be involved as an applicant as part of the application and selection process of the project for this specific Community of Practice. ◾ You confirm your understanding that personal data and information gathered from you will be processed for the execution and realization of the CCRI Communities of Practice project, and that, after pseudonymisation, data as well as insights and findings from the Community of Practice may be used for academic and non-academic publications.
◾ You confirm your understanding that personal data and information gathered from you will be shared with VITO. ◾ You confirm your understanding that your personal data might be shared with the Beneficiaries (i.e. Consortium members and/or their Third Parties) of the Project and their providers including the European Commission. ◾ You, as a participant, can stop being involved in the project activities and application process at any time without penalty. You can request to access your registration data, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time by reaching out to [email protected]. ◾ Your responses to this application form will be kept confidential and will be used for the purposes of the project. ◾ Your identity will not be disclosed for commercial use by third parties or made public without your explicit consent. ◾ Your personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes establishing the Community of Practice. After the retention period, your personal data will be eliminated from computer equipment and other supports employed by the corresponding data controllers. ◾ After anonymisation, the data you submit may be published as open data.
