1. Security Deposit: ₱3,000 (refundable when you bring back the bike in good shape)

2. Fuel Policy: The bike usually comes with a full tank. Please return it the same way.

3. Helmet: We provide 1 helmet for your safety.

4. Late Return Fee: ₱100/hour

5. No hard trail riding, stunts, or beach driving allowed.

6. You gotta have a valid driver’s license.

7. You’re responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.

8. Unapproved drivers aren't allowed to operate the motorbike.

Side mirror (each): ₱400

Headlight cover: ₱2,000

Headlight assembly: ₱2,000

Handlebar: ₱3,000

Front fender: ₱2,000

Rear fender: ₱2,000

Turn signal light (each): ₱500

Front tire & rim: ₱4,000

Rear tire & rim: ₱4,000

Scratched panels (each): ₱1,000

Broken panels (each): ₱3,000

Exhaust/Muffler: ₱5,000

Lost helmet: ₱2,500

Lost keys: ₱1,500

Total loss / theft: ₱180,000

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Surigao del Norte.
