We are on the verge of launching a new mentorship program for women in tech. To make this program a success we are looking for mentors.
A mentor is someone that another person can turn to for advice and guidance. A mentor is also there to motivate and serve as a role model, share resources, encourage their mentee and keep their mentee's best interest in mind.
A mentor is someone who works with their mentee and helps them to reach their goals.
Basically anyone who has experience in a tech-related field, has some work experience and is willing to help others succeed in their career. We welcome mentors of all genders and ages.
A mentee should receive 7 hours of individual mentorship in total, preferably before the end of June.
