Content Strategist Job application

Boost, a fast-paced digital agency, is seeking a talented Content Strategist to craft compelling content (written, visual, or audio) that resonates with target audiences and elevates clients' online presence. You'll develop data-driven content plans across platforms (including Arabic and English) while collaborating with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise with clients daily and leverage AI tools to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth audience and competitive research to understand client target demographics, needs, online behavior and the competitive landscape.
Ability to understand B2B complex topics, simplifying information for maximum impact.
Develop data-driven content strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Craft engaging and informative content pieces (written, visual, or audio) tailored to specific audiences and content formats.
Create high-quality content calendars for various platforms, including blogs, social media, video scripts, webinars and more (in both Arabic and English).
Collaborate with the creative team, designers, & developers to ensure brand consistency and content quality.
Very strong communication skills with the ability to to deal with the clients on a daily basis.
Strong grasp of the different AI tools and ability to utilize them in your work.
Stay Informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

- Experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven content plans.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid advertising on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for content creation and a desire to stay ahead of the digital marketing curve.
