Shop + Style Terms & Conditions 1. Service Overview Shop + Style is a styling session service that connects clients with emerging interior design students, also known as Style Sidekicks, for personalized home decor shopping assistance. Sessions are available in 1, 2, or 3-hour formats and can be virtual or in person depending on location and availability. 2. Session Booking & Payment     •    All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.     •    Payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.     •    Currently, all Shop + Style sessions are offered virtually as we build our local student network. In-person sessions may be available in the future or in select locations where students are present.     •    After payment, you’ll receive a follow-up email to confirm your availability and be paired with a Sidekick. 3. Session Guidelines     •    Clients are expected to be punctual and prepared with shopping goals or style inspiration.     •    Each session is guided by a Style Sidekick; they are not licensed interior designers but are trained to assist with home decor decisions, store navigation, and aesthetic guidance.     •    All shopping and purchase decisions are the sole responsibility of the client. 4. Client Responsibilities     •    Clients must communicate preferences, style goals, and budgets prior to the session.     •    Clients agree to respectful behavior and communication during the session.     •    Shop + Style reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward a student or staff member. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations     •    Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.     •    No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. 6. Student Availability     •    While we try to honor client preferences for specific Sidekicks, availability is not guaranteed.     •    Clients will receive a Sidekick recommendation after booking. Alternate options may be suggested if needed. 7. Disclaimer     •    Shop + Style and Nella Vita Design LLC are not liable for product defects, shopping outcomes, or decisions made during the session.     •    Style Sidekicks are students gaining hands-on experience and are not responsible for purchasing items or making final design decisions. 8. Use of Images     •    We may request your permission to share images or experiences from the session on social media or marketing materials.     •    Your personal information will never be shared without consent. At this time, Shop + Style services are offered as virtual design consultation sessions only. These sessions provide design guidance, shopping support, and styling recommendations, but do not include the sale of physical products. Sales Tax & Service Scope: Because no tangible goods are sold and all services are delivered virtually, Florida sales tax does not apply. If product sales or in-person services are added in the future and require tax collection under Florida law, clients will be notified and sales tax will be added at checkout.
