1pm to 4pm: Shek O beach cleanup

Scheduled for May 25th, from 9 am to 4 pm, the event starts with a picturesque hike and concludes with a beach clean-up. Led by our head chiropractor, participants will have a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in nature while learning the six fundamental health principles. It's a day dedicated to health, where you can contribute to a cleaner beach and a healthier community.
