ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for phenomenal engineers to be a part of our backend team to design and implement enterprise-grade BYOC solutions, address latency challenges, automate deployments, and ensure seamless system performance for advanced AI solutions.

If you enjoy tackling large-scale problems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms, this might be a good fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage multi‑environment deployments on at least AWS
- Automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Architect and run container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases
- Apply enterprise-grade security, compliance, and network isolation
- Set up observability: monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Enforce best practices such as DRY principles, blameless code reviews, automated testing, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, innovative startup environment
- We do NOT require PhDs or previous ML experience
GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Expert proficiency in Bash, Python, or Node.js for automation and tool integration - Experienced with AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform/CloudFormation for IaC
- Skilled in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitOps), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
