Streamline to Excel: What Can We Take Off the Plate?

Workshop overview

In today’s fast-paced school environment, leaders are pulled in countless directions—meetings, initiatives, and endless to-dos.

“What Can We Take Off the Plate?” empowers principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, and instructional coaches to reclaim their time and energy by de-implementing low-value work and zeroing in on the strategies that truly move the needle.

Through hands-on frameworks and real-world examples, you’ll learn to audit every practice, craft persuasive change messages, and build crystal-clear roadmaps that turn bold goals into measurable progress. Walk away with a lean portfolio of priorities, a 90-day sprint plan, and the confidence to lead your school through smooth, sustainable transformation.
