2024-2025 Proctor Lake Hunting Program Survey

Greetings! In order to streamline the survey progress, improve the number of responses and gather better data to improve the Proctor Lake public hunting program, the Hunting Program Coordinator has created this survey. You are receiving this survey because you have previously held a Proctor Lake hunting permit. Responses help the Program Coordinator improve the program to better suit hunters' wants. By filling out this survey, you are automatically renewing your hunting permit for 2025-2026 hunting season. Your permit will be emailed to you once survey is completed for the 2024-2025 hunting season. You no longer need to come in person at the Proctor Lake office to receive a permit. Honest answers will help improve the program. Only the Hunting Coordinator will have access to your responses. Please email Elyssa.d.mendez@usace.army.mil with any questions. This only applies to existing permit holders. New permit applicants will still need to apply in person or by mail
