Artist Checkout

Copyright and Ownership: I confirm that I am the original creator of the artwork being submitted and retain full copyright over the work. I understand that Inkheritance will have permission to publish, promote, and distribute my artwork across its platforms for marketing purposes.

Consent to Publish and Promote: By submitting my artwork and payment, I grant Inkheritance the right to publish, promote, and market my work via social media, website/blog, digital magazine, and books. I understand that I will be credited for my artwork and my name will be presented exactly as I submit it.

Content Usage: I understand that my artwork may be used for promotional purposes, and while it will be credited, I will not receive compensation for any monetized use of my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

Content Accuracy: I confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate, and that the artwork is original to me. I also understand that Inkheritance may select features based on the editorial discretion of the team, and submission does not guarantee a feature. If you submitted payment and are denied a feature, you will be refunded less a 10% admin fee. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone for any reason.

Social Media Ad Post + Monthly Newsletter Feature - $300/month

Full Brand Sponsorship Package - $1500/year 

Brand Permission: I give Inkheritance permission to publish and promote my brand’s logo, images, and story across all platforms (social media, website, digital magazine, and books).

Ownership and Rights: I confirm that I am the owner of the brand and its intellectual property and grant Inkheritance the right to use the brand materials provided for the purposes of promotion.

Monetization and Exposure: I understand that Inkheritance may use submitted materials for monetized promotions and that my brand will be credited in all instances. Exposure and content will be shared with full transparency regarding its reach and impact.

Content Accuracy: I confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate, and I am authorized to share these materials for promotional purposes with Inkheritance.
