Thankyou for your interest in being apart of the 2026 Cloud Summit.
You can learn more about the event and its history at

This will be the Third annual Cloud Summit in Canada with the 2025 event being a huge success.
In 2014 we started the AWS Usergroup, and Azure Usergroup, with events every month, a member base of over 4,000 people and on average an attendance rate each month of 100 people with most events having long waitlists due to limited venue space. The same organizers put together the annual AWS Community Day which hosted over 700 attendees. The Vancouver Cloud Summit is the largest community run Cloud Conference in Western Canada and we are excited to expand to Toronto in 2026.
We've put together a brief FAQ below to help you answer the questions on this form, but to also help you picture how the event and lead up to the event will run.
FAQ
Do I need to pay money for a booth?
We have 2 options for booths. If you are a community group then you qualify for a free booth. If you are a startup or special case then you may qualify for a free booth. This will be determined on a case by case basis. If you don't qualify for a free booth, there is a Gold sponsorship level which will provide you with a booth as well as 3 tickets, marketing as an official event sponsor and access to the registration list.
Where is the booth?
The booth will be located in the corridor of the lobby area of the venue, where we have seen is past years, gets lots of foot traffic.
What do a get as part of the booth setup?
You will get a table. Power will be close by however you will need to bring a power extension cord. We recommend at a minimum bringing a large black table cloth and a banner of some type to display your name. Ideas beyond this is really up to your imagination. In past years many have used computer monitors with a presentation slide desk playing in a loop, flyers to hand out, and stickers. The only rule the venue has is no food. So you are not able to bring food to give away.
What will be provided for me?
We will look after providing you with everything you need to give a great talk. Computer, large screen, presentation clicker, microphone, floor monitor to see what is being displayed on the large screen behind you, floor timer to ensure your talk stays on time. We will also have the option to let you connect and use your own laptop (however we will still need your final presentation deck in April).
