Our inner Saboteurs have been committing “crimes,” oftentimes without us even knowing it. They’re the reason we get stuck, frustrated, agitated, worried, scared, and any other negative emotions that linger.

It’s time to "report" these crimes and bring those Saboteur-Suspects into the light! 

This is not your typical podcast. We will have a casual, relaxed conversation, much like you would with a coach. Our time together is all about uncovering the truth and providing you with valuable information from within. The show's whimsy and flair will be added later, creating a quick-paced, one-of-a-kind "edutainment" experience in the style of true crime.
