Momentum Leadership Programme - Expression of Interest

Coaching and peer support for social enterprise leaders at a tipping point for growth!

FUSE Network is excited to launch the Momentum Leadership Programme facilitated by Rippleacts, a social enterprise renowned for its empowering group coaching and wellbeing programmes, and kindly funded by the Aviva Car Park Fund.

Running over six sessions, this bespoke leadership journey offers social enterprise leaders the space, support and tools to strengthen their confidence, clarity and resilience, especially during times of growth and change.

Each session will combine reflective coaching, peer learning, and expert facilitation, with opportunities to shape the topics covered in collaboration with FUSE and Rippleacts. Participants will also have access to a dedicated online community space to stay connected and support each other between sessions. Rippleacts’ innovative coaching approach is grounded in empathy and lived experience.

Sessions will take place at Carrow House in Norwich on the following dates:

- Thursday 15th January 2026, 10am-11.30am
- Thursday 12th February 2026, 10am-11.30am
- Thursday 12th March 2026, 10am-11.30am
- Thursday 16th April 2026, 10am-11.30am
- Thursday 14th May 2026, 10am-11.30am
- Thursday 11th June 2026, 10am-11.30am
Once you have completed this form, a member of the FUSE Team will be in touch shortly. Places are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will also hold a small waiting list in the case of cancellations.
