Request Landfill Coupons

If you are a residential customers of the Rapid City Regional Landfill, please fill out this form to request coupons for Landfill Disposal Service. You can request one set of coupons per account, per calendar year. Coupons will be mailed to the mailing address on file with Utility Billing.

You will receive all six (6) coupons for the year at once. Coupons are valid until December 31 of the year they are issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and placed in the mail. You must provide an email address if you want to be contacted in the event we cannot process your request.

Coupons will be sent to the mailing address on your utility bill.

Coupons are treated like cash. If they are lost or misplaced, they cannot be reissued. We recommend keeping them in a safe place.

For Residential Use Only

Good for disposal of up to 1,000 lbs. of residential household waste at the Rapid City Regional Landfill

The following exclusions apply

Not valid for items that require special processing, including:

Tires, Mattress/Box Springs, Freon Bearing Appliances, Liquids, or Batteries.

Not Valid For Commercial Disposal

Valid only in the calendar year issued. All coupons expire after December 31.
