Fall 2025 NDVC Project Team Application

APPLICATIONS DUE: Friday, September 26th @11:59PM

NOTES:

Description of Projects: Visit NotreDame.vc/projects
Freshmen: Freshmen are encouraged to apply to project teams, however priority for some projects will be given to non-freshmen students.

Graduate Students: ESTEEM and MBA candidates are invited/allowed to apply to the general NDVC project teams.

Applying To Multiple Teams: You are allowed (and encouraged) to apply to both the general project teams (via this form), in addition to the NDVC Incubation Team (linked above). Applications are evaluated separately. Unlike SIBC, for NDVC projects, you apply to be a project team member and then are placed onto a team. While you can indicate team preference (later in this form), there is no guarantee those preferences will be granted if you are selected as a project team member.
With any questions about the application or project teams please contact the NDVC leaders ([email protected]).

Previous NDVC project team experience

If you have previously been on a NDVC project team, please list the project(s) below. List in the format "TeamName (Spring/Fall Year)" with the most recent project being first. For example: "Bessemer (Spring 2024), Accel (Fall 2023)." Project team work for Unleashed Social Ventures and/or the Idea Center should NOT be included.

Investment Memo

As a project team member, you are also an analyst for the NDVC fund, our student-run VC fund investing Notre Dame's endowment into early-stage technology companies. For this part of the application, please source a startup you think NDVC should invest in and create a short Sequoia-style investment memo outlining why we should invest. The startup should be an early-stage startup. Ideally, the startup is currently at its pre-seed/seed funding stage. (PitchBook can be a helpful tool to verify this information). The company does not need to be actively raising money. Upload a PDF of the memo below. Helpful resources to build your memo can be found here.
