Responsibilities may include

- Inputting data into EMRs, billing systems, insurance portals, or spreadsheets
- Organizing scanned lab results, referral letters, and non-clinical documents in secure cloud storage
- Compiling billing, productivity, or compliance reports; preparing dashboards or summaries
- Maintaining SOPs, risk logs, training records, and audit documentation
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all back office tasks
- Performing other administrative support functions as assigned

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare back office, BPO, or administrative support
- Experience with data entry, reporting, or document management in a healthcare or BPO setting (preferred)

- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, insurance portals, or healthcare data platforms (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Good written and verbal English communication skills

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Knowledge of HIPAA/data privacy best practices (preferred)

- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required
