2025.07最新公告: 近期 IPA 原廠對於大量下載行為管控較嚴，已有數次發生帳號遭到鎖定的情況。建議學生們在與指導老師討論前，若尚未確定需要使用哪些資料，請避免一次性下載所有圖表與分析結果。可先使用截圖方式留存畫面，待確定所需內容後再進行下載。
1. 新使用者請先填寫BIC001生醫軟體及平台使用申請單。
2. 每次預約以2小時為單位，且以每日4小時/每周3次為限，並於1個工作天前預約。如需長時間使用IPA，請先與生資中心聯絡。
3. 預約前，請先查看需使用時段是否已被預約，以避免重複預約之情況。
4. 每個預約時段，只能一位使用者登入使用，務必於預約時段登入，並請勿超時，以免影響下一位預約者的時間。
5. 由於IPA原廠對於使用者電腦訂定新規範，使用者得透過遠端桌面登入方式，進入公用主機操作，帳號及密碼則於預約申請核准後，寄發給使用者。
6. 礙於IPA原廠時數限制，自2024.07.29起IPA開放時間調整為週一至週五(例假日不開放使用)，根據使用經驗，每次預約使用時間縮短為兩小時
7. 於2024.08起每年清除一次軟體中的檔案，請各位使用者記得將檔案備份於自己的電腦中

Latest Announcement (2025.07) : Recently, IPA's provider has implemented stricter controls on bulk downloads, and there have been multiple instances of accounts being locked as a result. We recommend that students if they have not yet confirmed with their advisors which data is needed. Instead, please consider to temporarily retain the information, and proceed with downloading only after confirming the required content.
1. For new users, please fill in the "BIC001" application form.
2. Each reservation unit is 2 hours. Usage is limited to 4 hours per day / 3 times per week, and reservation should be made A working day in advance. If you need more time to use IPA, please contact bioinformatics center before your reservation.
3. Before making a reservation, please check whether the required time slot has already been reserved to avoid overlapping reservations.\
4. Only one user can log in for each reserved slot. Be sure to log in during the reserved slot and do not exceed the time limit to avoid affecting the use time of the next reservation.
5. Since the original IPA factory has set new specifications for the user's computer, the user can log in through the Remote Desktop to operate the public host. The account and password will be sent to the user after the reservation application is approved.
6. Due to the hourly restrictions set by the IPA manufacturer, starting from July 29, 2024, the IPA will only be available from Monday to Friday (closed on holidays). Based on user experience, each reservation time will be shortened to two hours.
7. Starting from August 2024, IPA will clear files from the software once a year. Please remember to back up your files on your own computer.
