Confidentiality: Do not talk about, or share any information about the App with other outside the testing group. Protect all non-public information about Appneist (including features, screenshots, bugs, data, communication with Appneist team and other testers, etc.) with reasonable care.
Use Only for Testing: Donât share, copy, or exploit the app.
Exclusions: Publicly available info or knowledge you already legally possess isnât covered.
Duration: Obligations survive for 6 months after testing ends.
Return/Destroy Data: Comply promptly if we request deletion/return of materials.
Legal: Governed by Dutch law. Breach may result in legal action.
