We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. This role offers the autonomy to manage costs, negotiate with vendors, and work on cutting-edge IT infrastructure, AV, and security projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
▶️ Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for IT infrastructure, AV, and security projects.
▶️ Analyze project specifications and designs to develop accurate cost assessments.
▶️ Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while ensuring quality.
▶️ Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare reports on expenditure and cost control measures.
▶️ Conduct site visits to assess progress and validate costs.
▶️ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project objectives with budget expectations.
▶️ Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations.
▶️ Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
🎯 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in IT infrastructure or interior fit-outs.
🎯 Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
🎯 Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
🎯 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
🎯 Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
🎯 Familiarity with IT infrastructure (structured cabling, server rooms, WiFi systems) and AV/security systems is a strong advantage.
