Gaia Changemakers Program 2026

Hello!! We're so excited to have you in the Gaia Changemakers Program!
You've decided to do something different this summer. Zurich, Prague, the Swiss Alps and a group of people who will challenge you, support you, and change how you see the world.
We're glad you're here, let's get started:

Registering as a semi- or fully-residential participant?

Semi-Residential is for participants who do not require accommodation when we are in Zurich. These are usually the participants who live in Zurich.
Fully-residential means you are opting for food and boarding for the entire program. These are participants who do not live in Zurich.

Participant travel permissions If the participant is not a citizen or resident of a “Schengen” country, they may need to apply for a visa. Please choose the option below that reflects the participant's status

Note: We recommend applying for a travel visa as soon as you decide on registering for the program to avoid delays!

School the participant attends or last attended?

What level of English does the participant have?

Does the participant have any allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of?

Everyone is special in their own way. Sometimes we may have a need that is special, but with sufficient planning, these needs can often be accommodated.

If the participant has any requirements that might need some special planning for the program (e.g. hearing impairment, mobility difficulties, learning, social, emotional, cognitive needs etc.), please let us know.

Have a discount code?

Did you know if you refer a friend/bring a sibling, you can both get up to CHF 500 off when they register (not applicable for Early Bird Rates). Tell them to use the code GCPfriend500.

We want to make our programs as accessible as possible. If you would like to sponsor other participants who may not be able to cover the full costs of the program, share how much you would like to sponsor, and we will add it to your invoice.

You must sign your name below to acknowledge you accept the Terms and Conditions of our program. For participants under the age of 18, the parent/guardian listed above must submit the form.

What happens next? Once you submit the form, we will process your registration and send the invoice. Closer to the program dates, you will receive more information, a detailed program, health form, packing list and the opportunity to request an airport transfer if needed.
To our participants: we will also ask you to share a short paragraph or video on why you want to attend the program, what you hope to get out of it, and what you can bring to the group (this is optional, but most participants like to do it, so we get to know you better!).
